The Black Belt will be responsible for developing, advocating, and enabling the tools and methodologies to drive Medtronic process excellence. These tools may include, but are not limited to Lean, Six Sigma, project management, and other improvement techniques. The typical duration of a Black Belt assignment will be a minimum of 18 months following the completion of training.
